M.Sc. Dragan Rudan is a Partner/Director at UHY RUDAN, Certified Auditor, Certified Tax Consultant and Certified Assessor, specializing in Audit, Income Tax, and Value Added Tax.  Dragan participated in the drafting of the Croatian Law on Value Added Tax (VAT). He has been teaching social sciences in the field of economics, at the Accounting school of the University of Split, University Study Center for Professional Studies. He also teaches at the Croatian Chamber of Tax Advisers – exam preparation for a certified tax advisor and at the Croatian Chamber of Auditors – exam preparation for a certified auditor. Also, Dragan delivered a series of lectures for clients as well as at the International Assembly of UHY International Network, held in 2010 in Split (over 200 lectures during the introduction of  VAT into the Croatian tax system). As the director of UHY RUDAN, Dragan is responsible for leading a team of experts specialized in auditing and tax consulting services, as well as organizing and distributing work in an audit firm, which involves timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks in line with the general methodology for conducting business audits. His daily responsibilities include, among other things, interpretation of all currently applicable tax regulations, practical application of auditing and accounting standards, auditing and testing of internal controls for all business processes in companies whose financial statements are audited and designing, issuing, and presenting audit reports to client management. Vedrana Miletić is an authorized auditor and internal auditor, specializing in financial statements of companies and non-profit organizations and auditing financial statements of national and international projects.

Vedrana participates as a team leader in the audit of individual and consolidated financial statements of small, medium and large companies, as well as the audit of EU projects.She is responsible for the organization and division of work in the audit firm, auditing of financial statements of national and international projects, financial monitoring of EU projects, verification of internal procedures related to the monitoring of projects financed from EU funds, due diligence, assessment of the company’s value of small and medium-sized companies, business analysis and consulting. in the field of accounting, taxes and finance.

She graduated in 2006 from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb. As an excellent English speaker, as confirmed by the Cambridge Certificate ICFE (International certificate in financial English), Vedrana is the main contact for people from abroad to start a business in Croatia through the UHY network and beyond.

Vedrana joined the UHY RUDAN team in October 2018, when the company in which she was a partner merged with UHY RUDAN d.o.o., where she advanced to the position of team leader of the most important clients.

Experienced in Risk & Controlling Management, mainly in Oil and Gas industry, holder of a Microsoft Excel Expert Certificate and an advanced user of Farseer, currently working on Financial modeling.CFA program, CAIA and CFA degrees, fund and portfolio manager, experienced in corporate finance in the pharmaceutical and oil industry, co-owner and member of the supervisory board of an investment fund management company.20 years of experience in executive positions in corporate finance, mostly in the pharmaceutical industry in an international environment, participated in financial strategy of the group and M&A activities in the region

Darko Prpić is a permanent court expert for finance, accounting and securities and an auditor, specializing in the work of a court expert for finance, accounting and securities.

Darko participates in the work of a permanent court expert for finance, accounting and securities, preparation and analysis of company operations, preparation of company valuations and audits of financial statements of small, medium and large companies.

He is responsible for financial, accounting, and tax consulting, preparation of investment studies, audit work, and preparation of analyzes and tax reviews for the purposes of forming court expert reports and for client tax consulting.

Darko obtained a degree from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb, majoring in finance, and is an excellent English speaker (EF Language School Cambridge, 2013), which allows Darko to provide tax consulting and auditing of financial statements to foreign clients as well, related to the Croatian tax system.

Darko joined the UHY RUDAN team in 2017 as an auditor. The vast experience he gained through active work in the field of accounting, finance and tax consulting since 1999, and his current status as a director in a trading company for expertise in the aforementioned sector and as a member of the supervisory board of companies dealing with investment fund management – Darko is a key person for consulting on securities and tax issues.
