- At what point and from what amount does the obligation of calculation VAT on advances arise in cases of agency mediation?
- When does the obligation to apply a special taxation procedure for travel agencies arise?
- Which are suspense items in the performance of charter activities and agency intermediation?
- Which conditions should be satisfied for all vessels costs to be tax-deductible and in what form to submit it to the tax authorities?
- Which are the obligations of the agencies on cash transactions in case of mediation of the specifics of foreign exchange operations in the charter activities from the aspect of the Fiscalisation Act
At the end of the seminar, participants may ask advice from the lecturer related to a specific issue in the charter business, but also establish business contacts with other participants
