Darko Prpić is a permanent court expert for finance, accounting and securities and an auditor, specializing in the work of a court expert for finance, accounting and securities.
Darko participates in the work of a permanent court expert for finance, accounting and securities, preparation and analysis of company operations, preparation of company valuations and audits of financial statements of small, medium and large companies.
He is responsible for financial, accounting, and tax consulting, preparation of investment studies, audit work, and preparation of analyzes and tax reviews for the purposes of forming court expert reports and for client tax consulting.
Darko obtained a degree from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb, majoring in finance, and is an excellent English speaker (EF Language School Cambridge, 2013), which allows Darko to provide tax consulting and auditing of financial statements to foreign clients as well, related to the Croatian tax system.
Darko joined the UHY RUDAN team in 2017 as an auditor. The vast experience he gained through active work in the field of accounting, finance and tax consulting since 1999, and his current status as a director in a trading company for expertise in the aforementioned sector and as a member of the supervisory board of companies dealing with investment fund management – Darko is a key person for consulting on securities and tax issues.
