Helena Budiša
Helena Budiša is a Certified Auditor, Founder, and Director of UHY HB EKONOM, UHY CONSULTING, and UHY TAX CONSULTING, Vice-President of the Executive Board of the Croatian Employers’ Association of the Branch of Dalmatia and Women Entrepreneurship Ambassador.
Helena gained invaluable knowledge in more than 25 years of accounting and consulting experience and more than 19 years of auditing experience – from the foundation of the company until today. She achieved recognised results in the fields of accounting, auditing and tax consulting. This led to positioning UHY HB EKONOM as the largest audit and consulting company in Dalmatia.
Through conducting business at UHY companies, Helena cooperated with more than 900 clients, where numerous audits of medium and large companies, bank audits, audits of EU projects, due diligence projects, company assessments, business and tax consulting of the same and accounting and tax monitoring of the operations of small, medium and large companies were performed.
Continuous investment in personal education, training of professional associates and the quality of services ensured that the companies that are members of the UHY International network include auditing, accounting, and tax experts from 99 countries of the world.
Helena teaches at UHY International conferences, seminars on tax, financial statements, financial management, entrepreneurship, and is the founder of UHY TRAINING CENTER. As a European Ambassador for Women Entrepreneurship, she is involved in the education of new entrepreneurs.
