Ivana Zec is a Director at UHY TAX CONSULTING and Partner at UHY HB EKONOM. She has been a Certified Tax Consultant since 2014, specializing in a variety of activities, among which clients from the construction, real estate and IT sector stand out.
As Director of Tax Consulting and Accounting, she coordinates her team of experts in accounting, business reporting, and payroll services.
Her daily tasks range from managing her team in solving the most complex tax situations, monitoring and interpreting accounting and tax regulations to assisting her clients with tax procedures. Due to her fluent English, Ivana is actively involved in working with foreign clients, helping them with their business in Croatia, and in dealing with tax situations that include knowing the provisions of the Double Taxation Treaty.
Ivana is also a lecturer at the UHY TRAINING CENTER. Topics covered at her lectures include real estate taxes, taxes in the IT sector, and drawing up Income Tax Returns. She is also actively involved in holding workshops called “Coffee with Tax Consultant”, as part of which she answers all the questions to the participants and helps solve complex cases from day-to-day business.
Ivana has been a member of the UHY team for 10 years. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Split and, with further training, earned the title of an Certified Tax Consultant.
