Vedrana Miletić is an authorized auditor and internal auditor, specializing in financial statements of companies and non-profit organizations and auditing financial statements of national and international projects.
Vedrana participates as a team leader in the audit of individual and consolidated financial statements of small, medium and large companies, as well as the audit of EU projects.She is responsible for the organization and division of work in the audit firm, auditing of financial statements of national and international projects, financial monitoring of EU projects, verification of internal procedures related to the monitoring of projects financed from EU funds, due diligence, assessment of the company’s value of small and medium-sized companies, business analysis and consulting. in the field of accounting, taxes and finance.
She graduated in 2006 from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb. As an excellent English speaker, as confirmed by the Cambridge Certificate ICFE (International certificate in financial English), Vedrana is the main contact for people from abroad to start a business in Croatia through the UHY network and beyond.
Vedrana joined the UHY RUDAN team in October 2018, when the company in which she was a partner merged with UHY RUDAN d.o.o., where she advanced to the position of team leader of the most important clients.
