EU Project Manager – EU Project Implementation Manager
Project implementation is significantly more complicated, time-consuming, and more responsible than project preparation – errors in project implementation and public procurement procedures can result in jeopardizing the whole project and recovery of funds. This program is intended for persons involved in the implementation of EU projects, assistants, and project managers.

WORKSHOP
Content
Complete training of 5 days consists of theoretical and practical parts. Implementation and management of EU-funded projects involves project activity planning, human resources management, familiarization with parts of grant contracts, contractual rights and obligations of beneficiaries, project reporting – preparation of a Request for Reimbursement, Final Project Reports (practical part), and project budget management.
The workshop mostly includes practical exercises in project implementation – simulated through examples of thoroughly and properly implemented projects . All participants will receive two examples of projects that will be processed within the project implementation workshop in order to prepare for work on implementation of given projects.
The workshop is conceptualized as a practical learning through exercises, problems, and obstacles in project preparation. At the end of the workshops, participants will get a set of project preparation materials with practical examples of preparation.
