  • Preparation of the procurement plan for acquisition  jobs, equipment and services for the project
  • Analysis of the estimated acquisition value and amending the budget
  • Verification of the administrative compliance of the technical specifications/job descriptions
  • Drafting of tender documents
  • Explanation of the conditions of implementation and acquisition and forming the Evaluation Committee
  • Consultation of the Evaluation Committee, the public opening of tenders and the drafting of a report from the Evaluation Committee
  • Monitoring and consultation related to the implementation of the procurement contract
